Over the course of its history, NFPRHA has engaged in various forms of legal action—as plaintiff, co-plaintiff, and amicus curiae—to support and defend the work of family planning providers and administrators, especially those in the safety net. 

NFPRHA also monitors, analyzes, and supports court cases on a variety of family planning and sexual health-related issues that may impact NFPRHA members and their patients. This collection of information and resources navigates how the courts impact sexual and reproductive health care, including unmet legal needs for providers, key Supreme Court cases, Title X, abortion, and administrative law.
