Providing high-quality services is a core tenant of the Title X family planning program. Quality measurement and improvement continue to be a top priority as health care and payment reform models emphasize the importance of high-quality, patient-centered, coordinated care.
NFPRHA's Work
NFPRHA supports its membership to provide high-quality services in the following areas: specialty designations, quality measurement, health center efficiency, health information technology, and alternative delivery models.

- QFP One-Page Overview (PDF) – Developed by the Family Planning National Training Center this one-page fact sheet gives an overview of the new QFP recommendations to improve family planning services nationwide.
- QFP App for Desktop (HTML) - This easy-to-use app, designed by clinicians at the Family Planning National Training Centers (FPNTC) and sponsored by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA), is helping clinicians deliver quality contraceptive services and educate clients about family planning more effectively. The mobile version of the app is available for iOS and Android devices.
