Provider Protections

In the last few years, attacks on the family planning network have been pervasive not only at the federal level, but also at the state and local levels. These harmful policies range from municipal governments voting to reject Title X funding for local providers, to states “tiering” the types of providers that can receive public funds - effectively prioritizing entities such that standalone family planning providers, abortion providers and Planned Parenthoods are excluded from consideration for funding.
