NFPRHA Membership Application Process

NFPRHA works with members every day to ensure they provide high-quality, evidence-based and cost-effective family planning and sexual health care. Thank you for your interest in joining this vital network of safety-net providers.

The Membership Application process consists of:

  • The applying organization submits a completed application to NFPRHA, through the links on this page. (Request an application here.)
  • Application deadlines are: 
    • November 22, 2023
    • February 23, 2024
    • May 24, 2024
  • Applications and membership renewals are reviewed by the association’s Membership Committee, at quarterly meetings.  
  • NFPRHA staff will follow-up with the applicant following the Membership Committee deliberation.
    • Note: NFPRHA may request additional documentation at any point in the application process.

Organizations and individuals seeking membership with NFPRHA will be required to adhere to screening criteria established by NFPRHA’s Board. The Board reserves the right to alter the criteria subject to its bylaws and DC law. NFPRHA reserves the right to deny or not act on applications.
