NFPRHA Statement on Oral Argument in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization

The following is a statement from Audrey Sandusky, Senior Director of Policy & Communications at the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA):

“NFPRHA stands with its national partners and litigants challenging restrictions in Mississippi that impose barriers to abortion across the state, threatening access to this essential care for people nationwide. This law was designed to undermine more than 50 years of legal precedent and falls hardest on people of color and others who already experience systemic barriers to care. NFPRHA strongly urges the Court to strike down the Mississippi law.”
