Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Westin Alexandria, 400 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA, 22314. Located a short walk from historic Old Town Alexandria and the King Street Metro stop (Blue/Yellow lines), the hotel provides a free shuttle to both destinations for guests who prefer to ride. The hotel is located one mile from the Alexandria Amtrak station and five miles from Reagan National Airport. 

NFPRHA's block at the Westin Alexandria has closed. The following hotels are within an eight minute walk of the Westin:

Getting to the Conference

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
Take the Blue or Yellow line on Metro to the King Street stop. Walk southwest toward Diagonal Road. Continue onto Dulany Street. Turn right onto Jamieson Avenue. Turn left onto Courthouse Square. The hotel will be on your right. You can also call the hotel at 703-253-8600 to request that their free shuttle come pick you up at the King Street Metro stop.

Dulles International/Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airports:
The most economical mode of transportation from either of these airports is the Super Shuttle. You can learn more or make a reservation on its website SuperShuttle.com.

Union Station/Downtown DC (Metro):
Take Metro to Gallery Place/Chinatown and switch to the Yellow Line in the direction of Franconia-Springfield. Ride the Yellow Line to the King Street Metro stop. Walk southwest toward Diagonal Rd. Continue onto Dulany Street. Turn right onto Jamieson Ave. Turn left onto Courthouse Square. The hotel will be on your right. You can also call the hotel at 703-253-8600 to request that their free shuttle pick you up at the King Street Metro stop.

Bring your entire team to save! Receive a $75 refund when three or more paying staff members from your organization attend the conference.

Registration Terms & Conditions

• Registration closes April 12, 2016.
• Registration for pre-conference sessions and Monuments Bus Tour may be limited based on availability.
• Griswold v. Connecticut Gala Reception ticket member discount is only available to individuals who register for the full conference. Reception includes open bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
• Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than March 30, 2016. A $75 service fee will be charged on all cancellations. Absolutely no refunds will be made after March 30, 2016.
• More the Merrier Refund - A refund of $75 will be processed after the conference for organizations that pay in full for three or more conference registrations, not including One Day rate registrations. Organizations that pay in full for six or more registrations will receive a refund of $150. Organizations that pay in full for nine or more registration will receive a refund of $225.
