Travel Assistance

The travel assistance application is now closed.

To be eligible for travel assistance, meeting participants must apply when they complete the meeting registration form. of three short questions.

  • Following the meeting, travel assistance recipients will also be required to submit a reimbursement form, receipts, and boarding passes. Reimbursement of travel expenses, including cab fare and airport parking, is contingent on submitting these materials by October 30, 2015

  • Meeting participants are responsible for booking their own room at the Omni Interlocken Hotel. Reserve a room online, or call 800-843-6664 and use the code: NFPRHA. The hotel block closed on September 4, 2015. Registrants are responsible for canceling their room if they become unable to attend the meeting.

  • Travel assistance recipients are responsible for working with NFPRHA's travel agent to make their own travel arrangements. Travel that costs more than $500 must be approved by NFPRHA.

  • NFPRHA will pay for up to two nights of hotel stay for members attending content on both October 5 and 6. NFPRHA will pay for 1 night hotel stay for members attending one day of content, either October 5 or 6. Non-members are eligible for 1 night of lodging assistance through participation at the October 6 Medicaid Peer-to-Peer meeting. NFPRHA may pay for up to three nights of hotel for special travel circumstances; this requires prior approval.
