The Fight for Title X: Litigation Update
NFPRHA is currently in court challenging two different regulations – the Title X rule and the health care refusal rule – in federal court. This session will provide the latest information on both cases and the rules they are challenging, as well as any next steps in the litigation process.
Recruiting and Opening New Sites
Many members are seeking to expand their networks or identify new health center partners to replace previous sites that are no longer in their network. There are many important considerations in selecting and opening or onboarding a new site. This session will describe best practices for recruitment and onboarding and the panel of speakers will share their ‘lessons learned’ from experiences with various types of health center sites.
